Our focaccia is a long ways from the drab table bread found in too many restaurants. The moist, chewy crumb is bookended by crispy, olive oily crust that we cover with a variety of toppings.
Bagels | wheat
A naturally leavened, long fermented sourdough bagel made with local, organic grains? Yes! We boil and bake these, and often cover them (top and bottom) with our house everything mix, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and sometimes cheese.
Baguette | wheat, spelt
We don’t believe baguettes should be soft white bread and our rustic baguette reflects this. With a crispy outside and an open, tender interior, our baguette looks as beautiful as it tastes.
