Baker (bread/pastry/granola) - PT/FT position
We need extra hands to help make our naturally leavened sourdough breads and pastries, from the mix to the final bake. Baking experience is strongly preferred, but we are also willing to train the right candidate. Previous food industry experience is required. Sunday availability is also required, but hours can be flexible on Sundays and can start as late as 9:00 am. Must be friendly, efficient, patient, good at multi-tasking, able to work long shifts on your feet, self-sufficient, able to lift up to 50 pounds, willing to share in the music selection and easy to laugh. Shifts vary, Monday-Sunday (exact hours and days will be discussed at interview).

Delivery Driver / Bakery Assistant - PT or FT position
This position’s main focus is to deliver baked goods to our wholesale accounts in and around Madison. The driver is also in charge of packaging the loaves of bread before leaving on their route and helps in the kitchen as needed upon their return. We provide a delivery van so a clean driving record is required. Required days are Tuesday and Friday, 7am-3pm.
If the driver is interested in full time work, we have additional hours available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from (roughly) 7am-3pm mixing, baking and packaging granola (full training provided). Hourly wage will be discussed during the interview
Candidates must be friendly, efficient, self sufficient, good at multi-tasking and have a willingness to fill in on other bakery jobs as needed (dishes, cleaning up, etc).
Baker (pastry) - PT/FT position
We need more hands to help make our naturally leavened sourdough pastries. We are hiring for a full and part time pastry bakers who will work on creating, developing and producing a line of pastries focused on local ingredients, untraditional sweeteners and a variety of locally grown, stone ground grains. Applicants should be creative, friendly, efficient, patient, good at multi-tasking, able to work long shifts on your feet, self-sufficient, able to lift up to 50 pounds, willing to share in the music selection and easy to laugh. Experience with laminated doughs is preferred but not required. Shifts vary, Monday-Saturday. Pay, hours and days will be discussed at interview.
Cashier/Sales - PT position
This position’s main focus is to serve our customers, package orders, manage front of house duties for the bakeshop, and support the production team. Must be friendly, outgoing, efficient, and good at multi-tasking. Prior food service/customer service experience preferred but willing to train. Current shifts available on Friday and Saturday (additional days will be added; details will be discussed at interview).
